"Jondon51"Hi , my name is John and I have booked a flight out to Puerto Rico on the 7 th of May. I am from the uk and have found out a lot since I booked my flight. Because I have two airlines on my ticket, that's Thomas cook flying out with condor airlines flying from Manchester to New York , and then jet blue which is Spanish flying from New York to San Juan. The problem with this is that you have to pay at the airport which comes to about 130 dollars on the outward journey for a return ticket. With the jet blue airline it's cheaper and they only charge about 25 dollars each way. Another problem is the size of the gun bag . It's got to be 158 cm in size . That's the length plus the width plus the thickness of the bag.so I got a gun bag which is 147cm in size. I know it's hard work listening to this but that's not all. Then you need a shooting licence which is 25 dollars .so I sent a postal order for 19 uk pounds and after waiting a month they said they don't take euros. I mean we don't have euros in the uk. I am waiting for a reply as I said in an email that 19 pounds in the uk is about 26 dollars. I don't know if you need a licence on private land anyway I will wait for a reply and see what happens. Then after you get the licence it says you have to contact someone for the use of a neaumatic arm whatever that means, presumably an airgun. Trying to talk to someone in another language is pretty hard. Anyway when I get back I will let everyone know what it was like. I am going with my fx impact in .25 calibre , which is f.a.c. Thanks for any advice, and I am going on the 7th of May if anyone cares to meet me for a shoot etc.
