P-12 or P-30 from Mrodair

There are a lot of upgrades for the P12 (which you will want) which jacks the price up to nearly a grand. It is a neat little rifle but after the add ons you are close to the cost of other bull pups. Be sure to check the resale value, if you don't like the rifle you may take a hit. The Cricket and Wildcat have lots of great reviews and usually hold their value on resale. I would check the classifieds ( on the yellow as well) to see if you could find a used one.

I've had my P12 since they first came out. Love it. I put the SLRS on it even though it was backyard friendly before. I just like to make any gun I own as quiet as possible. Shoots 15,89 lights out. I've done a few YouTube videos on my shooting experiences with the gun if you would like my personal experiences.
For the money, if you are going to hunt small game, the gun works.... period.
If 10 shots at 50 yards you can cover with a quarter, this is your gun. If you need a dime to cover10 shots, then you probably need to pony up an additional five or six benjamins.
My hunting experiences with the gun have demonstrated to me that a $600 gun will pop a squirrel out of a tree or a rabbit in the brush at 40 yards just like the more expensive bullpups.
Including my Vulcan and Mutant.
I've shot the P30. Basically a more powerful, much, much louder P12 with fewer shots per fill.
