If you own a Triggercam 2.1, do you feel it has improved your shooting technique? Your accuracy? I'm considering one but I can also buy a lot of pellets for $600!!!
It can play back in slow motion - perhaps showing if the shooter has pulled, pushed, jumped, etc. during the trigger pull.just looked at the advertisement , what does it do for you ? how is it suposed to improve yout shooting ?
I alternate filming between a Side-Shot and a Triggercam. No I don’t think either help make you a better shooter. The only exception might be filming the timing of your trigger pull vs your breathing. If you own a Triggercam 2.1, do you feel it has improved your shooting technique? Your accuracy? @Michael , Could either camera capture slow motion pellet flight? Just thinking out loud, with no personal experience, but wouldn't that feature help with tuning the gun to improve pellet flight and or stability?
Hadn't thought about that aspect of it - great point! The Triggercam does do slomo at 240 frames/s.
The SideShot depends on what you mount on the side, so the speak: A GoPro does 240fr/s, a cellphone might, too.
My PP700 was absolutely deadly on ferals. But I had a lot of misses when my shots went past 45y. I blamed the wind. And myself.
Then I got a scopecam — and the slomo revealed pellet spiraling beyond 45y, sometimes spiraling right around my quarry....
After I switched pellets I now definitely dole out death beyond 45y.
