As the title says......Odoyle can you weigh in on any of the offerings? I may pull the trigger on the Empire X so i may as well get a scope at the same time.............keep in mind, i am on a budget and have the $59 CP inbound from Fieldsupply so i can't spend a ton. Thanks.Here's one example...

...I am UK based and I gotta say that while I was in the hunt for a scope US prices where better than European, WAY better like 30%/40% in some cases.

I was trying to get scopes from US to Canada four times last year in 2020, very frustrating when realized stores refuse to ship across the border blaming on ITAR, but the same Chinese imports mostly rebranded and a fresh new price tags...

Also, if you somehow manage to get any scope from US (even Chinese scopes in any price range), be aware that if anything goes wrong you need to send the scope back to US for warranty repair if any repair businesses you would expect still there after 3-4-5 years (US businesses are well known for fast jumping especially smaller shops sell 457 pieces and gone)...and here it comes the exercise again...guess how I know?

I drop of my Sig Juliet6 to my local Sig distributor September 11th, still waiting for the warranty repair/replacement to arrive back to me...that is 5th month exactly today !!!

I gave up with emotions and just buy from EU or directly from Asia from now on. All look more stable believe me.

The Nikko is are worse optically compared to UTG and won't be as clear as the Centerpoint you just bought. It's about roughly 3 or 4 levels below the Alpha6 in glass.

Be mindful you probably have to send the scopes back for any warranty issues which I am unsure of if you even get a lifetime warranty on any of those overseas purchased scopes or if there's any warranty at all.

The only good Nikkos were the ones that were made in Japan many years ago that BSA then Sightron took over.

It seems like the current Nikkos have UTG-Centerpoint bodies with glass that aren't as good.

Once you get your Alpha6 and Centerpoint refurb that I posted a heads up on then you can go on a buying spree for all other brands of scopes then I can assure you not to expect those levels of clarity and brightness and eye friendliness with any other discounted scopes up to 4x - 5x the prices you just paid.

☝ Edited that's NOT MADE in JAPAN. Except for the Barra brand because they don't count since their actual warranty is very questionable.
