Thanks 30cal, I guess I need to clarify my question again. Is there another manufacturer other than Hawke that makes a variable power like their 6.5-20X42 Tactical with a 20X 1/2 mil dot? Hawke also makes some varible power scopes with the reticle of a 10X 1/2 mil dot like their 4.5-14X42 10X 1/2 mil. I really prefer the 20X option over the 10X especially when they insert the 1/2 mil dashes. I had a Optisan Viper 4-16X50 10X 1/2 mil but to me it just seemed to congested. Another contributing factor on that scope was the heavier reticle made it appear busier.
