Had to dig finding this Picture ( Shown is picture of picture ) from the R/C 3 point hydro shown in post #85
This shot was it running fully aired out at a radar confirmed 72 mph !! just hanging on the prop with the skip skip ride attitude of hydroplanes.
* Hull is @ 32" long, 25.4cc gasoline engine screaming along at @ 18,000 rpm !!

The 6 lap one mile race with 5 other boats at the time netted me a National Fast Time Record of which Badge is affixed to pictures glass.
Damn those were good times and so much fun & challenging to get such performance & handling.

You sir a real craftsman. The only thing I might be picky about is the weight of those chairs - at my age I might not be able to lift them! Haha.

Good man! I use my single-speed bike to pick up litter on my street, except I bend over to pick it up. Can be awkward for my old body. I have a "picker-upper" gizmo, too, but I hadn't thought of using it with my bike...duh!

I hope you and your wife both recover fully and with speed! So you have any thoughts on the Excalibur II metal detector?
