Ordering from Canada Shooting Supply

Hi guys! Anyone ordered airguns from canadashootingsupply.ca? How is your experience? Do you have to pay any US customs import tax (like with Krale NL if you go over $800)? How much do they charge for shipping and how quickly do you get your stuff? They also ask for PAL number and CFC/RCMP registration, which I have no idea what it is. I also heard that they sell detuned airguns according to Canadian laws. Lots of questions, with Krale it was easy to order.

Best bet is probably to email them and ask whatever questions you have about their rifles, shipping policies and costs for the best answers.
Canada has power restrictions and anything over 495fps? is considered a firearm and the reason for the PAL and CFC/RCMP info you asked about. You might also at least take a look at Airgun Archery Fun depending on what you're looking for. Wes ships to the US and I've seen any number of members here that have bought from him (I'm one and got a Discovery scope from him) and been very happy.

i have bought stuff from them and a Listone Victor
i have some .25 Chaser kit in the mail right now
is the shipping out of line YES-NO-MAYBE
will you get dinged by customs they can answer that
they ship fast
so put the item in your cart and get your answers and ask them the question we here on the forum have no idea what you want to buy
pal is for Canadian buyers no pal is for US buyers and that was found on Google

I'm in Canada and have bought stuff from Canada Shooting Supplies several times. Orders were handled promptly and packed well - no issues in dealing with them.

I make most of my purchases from Airgun Source (Peterborough, Ontario) and Archery Airgun Fun.

In Canada, full power airguns are available to those who have a PAL certificate and there are some detuned (sub-500 fps) non-PAL models for people who don't have the certificate.

Can't advise about shipping or duties going out of the country.

Cheers!

I bought a Feinwerkbau 124 seal from a Canadian company and had no problems and it was reasonably priced. Complete guns on the other hand I have heard can be problematic. Krale has a great reputation, but I found better deals on some UK sites. The problem with the UK sites is high shipping and for a complete air rifle a VERY expensive export fee that most of the stores won't go through for a simple order. As one of the owners told me, the paperwork to export an air rifle is literally the same as a fighter jet because both are considered weapons. But the export fee is per order, so if you are ordering 20 of the same model at the same time it becomes worth the while. Not sure if Canada's rules are that stringent.
