Ordered a .22 rti prophet performance edition from AOA

Well, been hounding over this set up since ebr. Called AOA, talked to Chris and told him to run the credit card, and not tell me the total price. Yeah, I’ll find out soon enough when I see my crazy credit card bill. Fingers crossed, I hope I see the rifle in 2-3 weeks. I know I say my edgun leyla 2.0 is all I need ( it is a great hunter), I’ve been very curious about RTI’s claims on the prophet, but the proof was there placing at ebr. Anyone else’s thoughts on this?

😳😳😳😳😳😳. Pleaee don't mess with my heart like that!!! I haven't seen them get any in stock as of yet cuz I have been waiting like FOREVER!!! I sold my priest 2 in anticipation of this gun!!!! I am on the phone trying to place an order right meow!!! I will say other than the direct cocking bolt the priest setup was SICK!! According to them the standard is $1299.99.

Well I will be interested to see the reviews from some of y'all that get them first. I have the Priest 2 standard version (alum tank non adjustable reg and non adjustable hammer spring) and while I really like the gun I think $1300 is a little steep for the base gun...

Rti sells an aftermarket side cocking lever that allows you to upgrade your priest. If i had known I would never had sold mine. 😒

I have definitely considered the aftermarket side-cocking lever. The Priest is my first PCP gun, so I think I may invest in fill equipment first. I have been hand pumping it. Not Fun!!!

MAN ARE YOU SERIOUS, YOU BE HAND PUMPING THAT??? I just had a stroke lol!!! I loved my priest 2. I had the performance version and that cz barrel ridiculous on accuracy. Got it to shoot slugs about moa and it pained me to sell it, but I saw the nee prophet at EBR and it was over for me. 2 weeks after a buddy bought it I find out aftermarket side lever.

Well, UPS delivered my new rti prophet, initial report is that it is a little industrial, some metal work is a little sharp, but well finished, I thought the barrel shroud would be cerakoted, but only the side rails. The numbers from AOA look great, side lever cocking is nice, not as refined as daystate or fx, the trigger is light and with a donnyfl it is quiet for the speed it is pumping out the .22 jsb monster redesign 33 grain pellets. The magazine in .22 is deep, meaning it will fit the new generation longer pcp pellets. My range is limited to 35 yds right now, I put a swfa fixed 10 power scope and a warne bipod. This rifle is my long range bench rifle and I am excited about it. At 1200.00 the rti priest base model was a great bargain. At 1700.00, it an okay value, but I like the design and simplicity so far. As usual, AOA did a great job filling and shipping the order.

So, I am enjoying this Prophet. I understand why the rti team placed so well at the 75 meter relay, this .22 shooting the jsb redesign 25 grain at 140 bar at 950ish is shooting very flat. I wish I didn’t have to pay AOA the import fee, because if the prophet premium was sold direct to customers for less than AOA msrp, it would be the budget long range rifle to beat.
