Optisan evx 5-20/50i

never really payed much attention but the roller where the battery goes was always little play now its very loose where the illumination part turns anyone else have this happen just waiting to here from vender to see what to do. Also noticed the eye box is getting goofy to get a good sight picture love the scope but this cant stay this way I here they have great service so ill keep you guys posted tried to call them and mailbox is full what kind of support do they offer no emails returned no phone junky service if you ask me wont ever buy a optisan scope again

sent emails to them from there home page got mail devil what the heck not to happy with them think this is horrible that there email is out also

STILL NO RESPONCE FROM OPTISAN USA I THINK THEY HAVE HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE I CALLED THEM 5 TIMES AT LEATS TO GET NO ANSWER VOICE MAIL IS FULL? 4 EMAILS SENT REALLY OPTISAN

done I did that earlier today as that who I bought the scope from got a call from them as there is big mix up on contacts sowill need to ship it to them to see if repairable or they said hell just replace it

well after getting around about the other sight which is branded long story optisan came through with a knew scope great people once we got around a web site details so great service in my book thanks optisan usa THEY EVEN UPGRADED MY SCOPE GREEEAT PEOPLE OVER THERE
