Optional way to carry your CF tank

Found this on Amazon and decided it was a little cheaper to buy the Trident roll control system and some tank mesh. As compared to the other systems I have seen. I really like it and it is very secure to carry my 100CF Omega tank. I don't really like to stand the tanks up since they are prone to fall over, so I am debating whether to put a boot on it or not.

Pretty cool. I like the neoprene one I've got, but this is a good option as well and looks like it supports a lot of weight.

Now that looks very handy. I hate dealing with the bungy cord and hooks that hold my base around the tank.

I went with this "saddle bag" set up to carry/store everything I need for the field. It's so convenient. I just grab my rifles and this saddle bag and go. It has room for tins of pellets, range finder, and even my binocular. Here's the website http://airguntailor.com/

I do like the "saddle bag" idea. Makes carrying the tank and assorted accessories nice and tidy. One handed, like it.

So you are happy with it? Is it worth the cost? Would you buy it again? I looked at getting the same saddle bag set up but went with the Armadillo set up instead until I heard or read more reviews on the saddlebag.

I am very happy with it and would definitely buy it again. The bottle is protected by that canvas material and has soft padding inside. The saddle bag prevents the unit from rolling off the table or tailgate. I love the fact that I have everything in one convenient carry case. I find myself having less "do I have this or that?" Now it's just "gun, saddle bag, shooting stick, gone!"

Does the tank want to roll if the saddlebags are empty or does the canvas still keep it from wanting to roll and do you think this regulator would fit in a saddle pocket? Have it by tanks for size comparison.

Should add that the 2 hoses on regulator are quick disconnect so they do not need to be on the regulator.

I'm pretty sure you can fit the reg if that's all your putting in one pouch. I can put 5 soda cans in one side and easily zipped it up. My tank is a 74cf air venturi . Hope this helps

I got to ask, what was the original design intent of the handle? That thing really looks interesting. Did you get the "boot" at HD? What is the "yellow foam"?

It's not mine it's another AGN member. I can't remember but he made a post here or on GTA a long time ago. His username is jnc4558 on AGN and GTA. I tried to find the post he made on how he built it but couldn't. He hasn't showed up for one of our shoots in over a year and said he's just been swamped at work.

I just have the normal boring stuff, but I bungee it to a Home Depot roll around case. It holds all my shooting accessories. It makes it easy to roll it all out to the bench.
