So I just order an EDgun Lelya and need some advice on optics (pics will help). I do not want a Dedal Stalker so ill clear that up now. Just dont care for it. Also seems that Discovery scops are hard to find get right now.

Take a look at the Bushnell Accelerate 4x Prism scope... I have one on my .20 Lelya 1. Looks great, works great. 4x will surprise you once you get used to not looking at higher magnifications. For me its good out to about 75 yards. Can find one for under $300 if you look...

Curious what you don’t like about the stalker. It is very good. That said I also considered a custom Leupold 3-9 X32 EFR. I think it is also a great option.

If only Stalker was x10. Its price for x6 is not justified. For almost the same amount you have mentioned Vortex with lifetime warranty.

Yep. The stalker being only a 6x and I dont care for the reticle so much. I wish I could look through one because that price and not having that chance to handle makes it hard to swallow. I mean I would drop that much on a hawke or similar because I know what to expect for the most part.

Not to mention, You can always try the newest bugbuster 3-12 to hold you over. Nice and compact. Reticle is decent for hunting and Mil dots are true. Won't break the bank either.

I just ended up going with an Athlon. I was just about to go with a Sidewinder but its close to 3-4 inches longer depending on the model. I did consider a compact UTG for the time being but I think the Athlon will work until I find something I really want.

I have an Athlon Talos BTR on my Wildcat and love it. You can always use the Athlon on another gun down the road if it's too much on the Lelya.

Just a little Delta Point Pro (red dot) sight on my new Lelya. I won't be shooting long distances, and it'll mostly be the same target, so this should be fine.

Discovery vt-3 compact 3-12x44 sf ffp would be my reccomendation. Whole lotta scope for the money.... Amazon has them direct from discovery for 186 shipped.

I have an Athlon 4-16x44 on my Lelya. Only minor complaint is it seems a bit on the heavy side. In my case, the extra weight helps counter my unsupported shooting which does not come anywhere close to "rock steady"!

Thats looks just fine. I think ill be happy with my athlon and the fit seems good. As far as the weight goes im not concerned about that.
