I have the Benjamin Armada in .25 I can keep a 3/4 inch group at 50 yards...however its heavy with a scope. While I have not weighed it, I have shot the M1 Garand since the mid 1970's and that Armada weighs more than that! In my estimate, its 10 plus pounds. In my .02 cents worth, I would feel that the synthetic Benjamin Marauder would be a much lighter weight good choice. they are around 450 bucks or so. While the Armada is nice I could have been just as better off with a Marauder. A big plus for the Benjamin Marauder is all the after market stuff for it and you can custom tune it too! Even the manual tells you how to get more power out of it. In all honesty if I could hold it better, I believe the rifle would do better than a 3/4 inch group at 50 yards.

As far as power goes,I can use benjamin dome pellets around 28 grains and punch through a 3/4 yellow pine board at 35 yards at its factory tune

I have made a few 50 yard shots on critters and it put them on the canvas. There are absolute pros out there who could tell you how to get the most power out of a Marauder/Armada, but it will be a air hungry beast, I refill after about every third 8 rd magazine.

On one hand, I second the Wildcat III.

BUT...why are you asking here ?

All of the specifications you seek are either within the selling details of the guns on the various shop websites, AND/OR within YouTube. You can't do your own homework ?

Since it's YOU that want the gun, seems it should be YOU to check the various gun's that you might be interested in...then check the specs' for the details that you think that YOU want. THEN...head on over to YouTube and checkout all of the many videos on said guns.

You buy a gun that others mention here. Then down the road a few weeks, you decide that you don't like the recommended gun... Now what, you put the dislike on "their" (the forums) shoulders ?

Bander124:

Interesting you mention " Barrel Whip" on Wildcat............... LQQK'n at the M3 and it has a "Harmonic Dampener internally / Add on to address just that issue!

Sorry however for me 900 fps is too slow to not get the "Rainbow" I wish to escape in part by increase FPS to approx 980 +.

Thank you for the insight on the Wildcat MK III.

Rti prophet performance is what I have. Has power and is light plus great customer service. My experience is positive. accurate and compact. It doesn’t give me the barrel whip my wildcat mk3 sniper did with heavier moderators on. But I don’t know it’s max power I’m running H&n barracudas at 900

By barrel whip, I’m guessing your poi was changing based on moderator use? This is common of any gun with longer barrels ad heavy mods. I said the wc compact would fit the bill. Not the sniper. On top of that, a cheap carbon sleeve over the liner will fix the poi changes for good. For the $1300 price tag of the gun, $60 for a sleeve will still come out cheaper than the $2k he is willing to spend. In fact. Add some go fast bits, and STILL be under that mark. The rti I wouldn’t consider compact, and the prophet compact just came out, and isn’t tried and true yet.

You want the Kalibrgun Cricket 2 .25 Cal with the skeleton stock. Get the 22oz Hawke Frontier FFP 3-15x50 scope and some Eagle Vision INS30 rings. This puts you at about 9 pounds with loaded magazine. This gun shoots 25.4 JSB @ 1050FPS, 26.54 Hades @ 1010FPS, 33.95 JSB @ 900FPS with MOA accuracy at 100y. This is exactly what you are looking for.

Ouch! 9LBS!............... like carrying the aforementioned M1 Garand from WW II. This is for FUN/hunting not combat wishing for a little over 7 lbs w/scope maybe Leopold @ 13 oz 3X( or 3.5 to 10. Do Not need a heavy mill dot for forest shooting on the fly! however lets stay with the gun platform...,. The Cricket II is interesting weighing in at 7.5 lbs...........Does it have a Regulator on board for more consistent shots? Thanks

But thanks

No hands on, just a lot of online study.

25 grain @ 975 roughly 53ftlbf.

RTIs Prophet should be well capable of that.

( Bander has his set to 900, I doubt that's it's limits)

30" compact, debatable, and you may need to add a mod.. but still not "long"

And light weight

If the choice was open to me, K1, and I would put up with it's 32".

Are these the best, again debatable.

You could always check out the Daystate Delta Wolf if money is no object. You want the pellet at 937 you tell the computer that along with the pellet wieght and it will get you with in a couple fps of that, but that kind of control comes with a pretty hefty cost. I have held and shot one a few times and want in the worst way, Hopefully by next year at this time, I can do the finding Nemo sea gull Mine MIne Mine.
