Opening Day Squirrel Hunt in MD

Decided to try to get some video and share it. Ended up getting five greys from a ground blind with the FX Dreamlite Compact in .22 running the Hades pellets. Weather was nice and cool, and ended up being a great start to the Labor Day weekend.

Great video Spartan! I wasn’t counting but it looks like you got your limit. Your narration was excellent where are you describe how you’re waiting for the animal to be relaxed before shooting. That’s very important to anyone it’s new to Hunting . Congratulations from another Marylander.

Thanks for the kind words, and it's good to see another Marylander here! Ended up getting 5 before calling it a day, so just shy of the bag limit. Looking forward to getting back out there, and maybe even on some MD public land spots as well. May wait a couple weeks for the temps to cool off a bit though.
