Open letter to Fredrick Axelsson

In an environment as demanding as the design and manufacture of airguns, surely there must be many times when one feels compelled to compromise design advancements in the name of profit. Many yield to that compulsion, seeing a temporary uptick on the bottom line, but ultimately, very limited benefit to our sport as a whole. That kind of thinking leads to an innovation vacuum. Fortunately for the airgun community, innovation seems to be alive at FX. I don’t know you personally, but I sense in you and in the guns that you have brought to market a drive to push the envelope of what is possible in airgun design. Now, that is a compulsion that I can buy into.

I was lucky enough to meet him him at EBR this year. What a humble and cool Man . You would Never know by talking to him who he was . You can see he is smart , but he is also just one of the guys ..
