Nice day, it's getting warm here in SoCal. 96* in the San Fernando Valley today.
Conditions were good for both Joef Pellet and the Sportsman class boys.
I stumbled on a great tune shooting Alteros slugs in my Thomas pellet rifle - Thanks to Mike for making great rifles.

That Randolph rest is heavy and I'm getting old. This is nice.

Lou, you’ve been sand bagging us and it’s high time somebody calls you OUT buster! Wow, two 750’s in one day, sheesh dude, seriously great shooting ... you bagger! 😉
Thanks Tim, it's my turn buddy. Everyone else gets to shoot good, I want some of that!
BTW, Joe's 749 was just a barely missed 10. And that's with pellets

You deserve it my friend. I just had to bust your chops. :giggle:

And yes, Joe's pellet score was amazing as well but its what we've come to expect from him ;)

You want me to shoot my pellet gun against your slug-gun?! No way!!
Let me have my moment of fame. King Louie is back - for now.
Don’t confuse people thinking you were shooting pellet. It was slug. Haha Looks like Sportsman will no longer be the domain of the Annies.

Ha, Caliber/Make/Model.

Joe is the one we have to worry about when he starts shooting pellet in Sportsman. And yes, Annies are 'so last week.'

Ed - a couple of questions. Nice Annie.

What model Anschutz is that on your bench? Also, what ammo? I have a 64 MPR (64 action) and a 1907 (54 action); love them both.

Do you prefer your one piece vs. two piece rest?
Hi Tom. it is a 1913. Couple guys shoot 1907s with great results at Joe’s and they use CenterX. Had an MPR yrs ago and sad that it is gone. Ammo is RWS R50 from 3 yrs ago purchased from Anschütz NA. Can’t find R50 anywhere.

Thanks Ed.

ANA is pretty much out of stock on RWS ammo in general. The 64 MPR likes the CenterX, but even finding that is an adventure too.
