Just blew the endcap & half the baffle out of my Geo short. Endcap & half baffle still in one piece. I'll try glueing all back together & see what happens. Mounted on my 18" AF Condor, power wheel at 2.3. Am I disappointed, not really, it's a $27 suppressor. No a pellet didn't clip it, checked for that. Just looks like too much air pressure for the construction.

i want to clarify in this thread that i was shooting 40 fpe and i dont think these were designed with that much power in mind. it worked great at lower fpe

there wasn't. but being 3d printed, i think i could have had more common sense, but waned to see how quiet it could make a higher powered shot

It happened, too, to one of my UK all-delrin Matt Winser LDCs.
His are sealed but it was not able to withstand my bud's .22 AG.
The cap remained though but the curler-type innards looked shredded due to the blast.
So I had the pressed-fit cap lathed and had my machinist machine me concave caps of my design in brass and in stainless to match whatever gun it is mounted on.
I am a stickler when it comes to accouterments
