I have this habit of just glancing out the windows at the feeder zone whenever I walk by on the weekend.
I was in the middle of something, when I saw this dark gray, pigging out in the feed she'd spilled. I've rubber banded the perches on the feeder, so they can't pull out the perches and pull the window off, but now, I think they've figured out that they can just jump onto the feeder, spill some seed, then go down and eat it up.
So this gal took a round just under the ear, which rolled 'er right over.
