I've got a 75 cu ft omega tank with an apeks valve on it. The pressure relief is a push button which is just driving me nuts. Entirely too hard to push and I've got to solve this. (yes and I know I'm old and weak ) What are my options other then selling the tank and buying a Venturi which I believe has another style valve. Appreciate the help. John Heckman

I have the Joe B’s TJ3 SLO-FLO fill valve on one of my tank. It works well.. The value has dual gauges one for tank pressure and othe second for fill pressure.

I agree, they are WAY to hard to bleed out with that push button. The location of it also adds to the frustration and difficulty in using it.
A cheaper option might be to find an in-line, high pressure, bleeder valve that you could install it somewhere in your system.

I have wondered about the in line valves. I see BEST has them. That little bit of lub on those 0 rings made a 100% improvement. It was getting to the point that I almost could not depress the value under pressure.
I really did not want to spent a couple hundred bucks on something I had already paid for once.
Hope this helps others. I used a dremel tool and cut that button narrow enough to clear. Now there is another design flaw. At some time or another those 0 rings will leak and have to be removed and if you don't clearance the button you would have to remove the gauge. That may or may not be difficult but you should not have to do that .

I have 2 of the Jubilee valves from Pyramyd on my carbon fiber tanks and they are excellent quality. Very easy to moderate fill speed to guns and the bleed wheel is easy to use.

I ordered the valve suggested from pyramid. I also ordered a small tank from Joe B with his valve. I'll see which one I like better.
