Omega CF Tank fill pressure

How you guys get max fills from your 4500 psi tanks and 250 bar gun.

I take it once the tank falls below the 3625 psi mark you cant fill to 250 bar.

Do you just do parcel fills down to 2900 psi in the tank or just refill tank for 4500psi ?

Yes, I do partial fills after the 3,625psi or I just tether my gun to the tank an leave the valve open since I am usually shooting from a bench.

Never thought to tether, I am usually chasing squirrel though.

My impact is 250 bar. So once my tank drops to 250 bar. I fill it back to 300 bar.

I just refill when my tank gets down to 250 bar, or whatever fill pressure I consider 'full' for the gun I'm using. Before I had a compressor, I would sometimes fill, then pump the rest with a hand pump - that gives you plenty of time to think about which compressor you want!

A compressor would be nice but would have to have more than one pcp gun to consider that kind of money.

Is the gun that you're filling regulated or unregulated? If it's regulated, just fill it above your regulator's set point. You won't get the full regulated shot count but if it's for hunting, then you won't need that much unless you have a lot of pest to deal with in one session. If you want to be above 250 bar then just have your Omega tank filled to 4500 psi.
