Omega Air Charger

It took me a while but got my Omega up and running great. Was not a problem with the compressor at all. My shop is wired very strangely and it gives me some issues at times. It was wired by a previous owner. Talking with my son-n-law who is a electrician by trade we figured it had to be something with the shop. Today I hooked the compressor up in my dining room and filled 2 of my 3 SCBA tanks without a hitch. We are rewiring the shop within the next few weeks now. Glad to have my own air source now.

What was the problem, do you think you are running on 220 volt was running on 110 volts?

The previous owner tied the whole shop in with the house A/C. Every time I run my wood lathe or table saw the lights would flicker. Too much being pulled from one wire is how it was explained to me. Once hooked up in the house, I did not even flicker the lights in the house. Going to rewire the shop with heavier gauge wire and put it on its own meter.
