Old sleeper BSA

This old BSA meteor is quite a sleeper. Shoots very well out to 25 yards. Shot these two 5 shot groups this afternoon at 25 yards. For a really light gun with a good 4 lb single stage trigger I am always amazed when I shoot it. It is a 22 caliber that is very easy to cock, very light. But the BSA barrels are obviously very good. Slinging at approximately 500 FPS. Lol. Would make a great little rat gun.

Shawnlyndy nice shooting. Ironically that’s what I call my BSA. I have the Polaris.22. it’s my only used rifle, approximately 10 yrs. old. Deadly accurate and hits at 670 FPS.

That BSA Meteor looks like a good field rifle. I had a Supersport that was an accurate sporter right out of the box. AoA used to carry them, but I can't find anyone who stocks them.
