Old School FX Thor/ Tarantula!

Bought this old safe queen last week and it hadn't been shot in years!!! Leaked like a sieve everywhere when I got it and its never been apart. But it came with a new seal kit an extra mag and 2 brand new fill probes!

Took her apart Sunday and it was spotless inside. cleaned and polished the valve and changed all the dried up and rock hard orings with a dab of silicone grease and wallah she's been holding for two days!

Finally got a chance to shoot this really loud little carbine today...have a donnyfl on the way...lol. charged to 190 bar and sighted her in. Awesome freaking shooter! Full 8 shot mag at 40 yards with JSB Hades...I love it James from Michigan,

That's some really good grouping James. I have the older FX Logan Solo (Typhoon) and it's a tack driver also. The older FX's were some really accurate shooters. I have several of the newer models but always grab the older style when I plink,

Awesome James, I have an older .177 FX Logun Solo, but that "Thor" of yours puts her to shame in looks department. I see you enjoy shooting your groups against old metal drums like I do. Nice find!

Beautiful morning and got the ol girl out for some starlings and grakles here on the farm...man this thing is so light and easy to shoot! And its quiet now too...just effortlessly at 50yds and under and shoots every thing I feed it.

Yah now that I have it shooting like dream the stock will get some attention....its been sitting for a long time ! All that grain should really pop after some oil rubbin!!!
