OKCGC had our N50 match on Saturday the 4th. It was a great nice and fairly calm day and in November non the less! What a treat that was for everybody. We had 14 shooters come out for the match. Shooting 2 relays. 14 in the 1st relay and 7 in the second. We started the match by 10am with 14 going at it. There were three classes all shooting at the same time.
In Pellet Ben Womack sure has stepped up up his game taking top honors in Match #1 pellet with 744! And the other Texan was there in 2nd with a 733. Keith came in and did a nice job for 3rd at 708. Thom "Skittles" shot 707 for 4th and the Butcher 703.
Michael, Bob, John and Larry rounded out the pellet class. Thanks you guys.
Sportsman was a father Son duo who tried their hand at it with pops taking it. Nice Stan and Richard.
In the Pro we had three guy with Kelly and Mike battling to a tie!! The extra X was it for Mike, sorry Kelly. Next time maybe lol.
Match #2 Pellet, 5 sportsman and another lone wolf in Pro. Ben shot a good score of 735 in Pellet!
Sportsman had a nice 745 by Michael A. Great job buddy. Oh wait Mr. Rogers was walking the neighborhood making sure Butch had his 745 also, hmmmm. the same 745, go figure. But then those pesky X's put Michael on top. Keith, John and Thom sure were trying hard.
John K. went into Pro and did a 703.
We really want to thank all you guys for coming out and having a great time. We, the match directors, had a good time seeing the smiles and the
"I'll Be Back" attitude.
