Is this new? I knew about the weekly informal bench rest matches but I didn't know there was an official bench rest competition. I didn't see it on the official calendar either... Really glad to see it though.

It’s not official yet. We are working on using the USARB rules. We are having “practice “ matches. We are shooting, learning the rules and learning how to score. Maybe next year we can hold official matches...right now just friendly club matches.

Tuesday mornings 830 am Okc gun club indoors for a different benchrest game with 177 air rifles. When the weather is good we rotate and shoot the USARB outside like we did today. The outside is 177, 20 and 22 cal air rifle. When the weather gets too cold we will shoot only inside. We also shoot air rifle field target. Look at the Oklahoma City gun club website for calendar events. The outside benchrest is not listed yet but we are eventually going to get it going. We have about 9 shooters regularly.
