N/A Ok serious off the wall question

Because what a guy does to win a competition with a barrel is not what most guys want to endure. A barrel that‘s comprised of many parts is just not a good idea when you want consistency day to day, month to month and year to year under all conditions. Solid barrels have no parts and can be used as an integral part of the chassis.
Agreed

Without a doubt it would be a visit to Mike’s shop to be a fly on the wall watching a Thomas rifle being built.
He has zero interest but can you imagine how awesome of a PRS centric repeater he could build if he set his mind to it!!!!!!!!! This is what's missing in the airgun world = a super solidly built repeater with real bull barrels, no weaknesses anywhere, and the best tuner in the world making sure the gun shoots as good as one will.

I would head to RTI’s factory and say let’s build a traditional carbine rifle. Tube air tank, big enough plenum, their balance valve, 380-400mm barrel, full active shroud, laminate and walnut stock, about 36” OAL, quiet, powerful and no mod necessary. When you remove the action from the stock there are cut out areas where you can add lead or tungsten slugs to add as much weight as you want. You can purchase the slugs from your RTI dealer. Then film all the airgun hunters doing backflips.

Oh, one last thing. The RPB barrel will be threaded into the receiver. None of this multi caliber crap. It creates weaknesses. If you want two calibers because you love the gun, put on your big boy pants and buy two guns.
Sounds like you're most of the way there with a AAA EVOL HPS... maybe in a Paradigm stock?
Definitely find my EVOL enjoyable , accurate , and SOLID in a pretty light package if I put the light furniture on and can adjust balace by selecting different furniture.
HPS brings his VERY good, new balanced valve into the picture ...

My estimate is that the airgun - latest technology sits at about 95-96% .
They may come out with some gimmicks here and there, but even the most expensive performers still limited on the amo.
The airguns will be accurate and precise as much you can imagine, but the pellets/slugs physical design reached a point no where to grow.
This where I am wishing for some miracle to surface.

I recently sold my AAA Evol. Before I did, I tried to see if I could inlet a couple walnut and laminate stocks I have lying around. The height of the trigger to top of the block was a problem. Project aborted. Gun sold.

On my stable no one can compete with the Vulcan 3 700 mm .25 Cal shooting JSB knockouts...

Call it Leopard, Delta Wolf, Panthera Compact, Wolverine HP on any caliber, no one !!!

So why trying to build yourself something that is already available and affordable at the market.

At 132 yards I have not been able of make a better group with any other PCP.

It's less than an inch:

What I would build isn’t on the market and nice shooting.
