Trying to back out the power even more! Anyway to get it down to 30 or even 25 ft lb? For mouse fart squirrelling out to 15 yards max

Why not go with a lighter caliber, a .25 for 15 yards max! If that is your true range then a .25 seems unwise, why the .25, is it your only gun? And how big are these squirrels that you need 30 FPE at 15 yards? Heck, a 12 FPE .177 would get it done at the stated range with proper shot placement.

Increase the reg pressure and keep the hammer at your minimum setting. As pressure increases the valve becomes harder to open and therefore less air is released. My guess is that at 130bar, you’ll be at 12fpe.

30 or even 25FPE, is certainly NOT mouse fart!!
At 15 yards you can headshot a squirrel and knock it over stone dead with 12 or even 10FPE, every time

My 12FPE .177 has a fully shrouded barrel and a silencer on the muzzle end, and really is mouse fart quiet, and will comfortably head shot rabbits with complete pass throughs out to 45yards.

If u can get that maverick down to 12 or 10fpe you’ll get about 8735 shots per fill, and that’s a lot of 15yard squirrels…

You can take one or two washers out of the regulator stack and probably get the reg down to about 50 Bar.

Oh, and you could remove the hammer weight and get the Impact MKI spring guide that is made out of plastic.

Use lead free ammo, drop the first reg to 50 bar and the second to 30 bar. You will need a lighter hammer weight as well. 7g worked well for my 10m setup.

You can take one or two washers out of the regulator stack and probably get the reg down to about 50 Bar.

That’s possible, but be advised the very minimum pressure is dictated by the spring rate of the thinnest (weakest) spring washer in the stack. Consistency and/or refresh rate may also be negatively affected by running a regulator very near the bottom end of its range, in which case it may be worth investigating using thinner washers.
