Oiling the bleed off valve on my regulator?

What "tank regulator" are you referring to? Pic would help. Do you have a manifold reg for your tanks (tethered shooting)? The manufacturer probably has recommended oils for it. Not quite sure what you mean. Bleed off screw on fill adapter maybe?

Some bleed screws have a Delrin (or other plastic) disc that the screw seals/seats against. They can stick a bit. If you mean that, you can put some silicone "grease" on the end of screw. If you mean the threads are sticking, you can grease them too with silicone but check to see that MOISTURE is not causing deposits on threads. If you're filling tanks yourself you might want to check the efficiency of your moisture filters.
