It’ll definitely keep you on your toes. A gentle 1-3mph over your shoulder from 7 o’clock turns in a gusty 5-8mph coming at you from 10 to 11 o’clock in an instant. That’s my 50 yard target.
We're that and more every damn monthly FT club match at the SVFTC .... Sooner you learn to deal with it, better a shooter you will become which is a huge advantage when shooting at away matches when similar winds blow !
I’d be tickled to death with that wind. Our norms are triple that.
BTW, the flag at the target tells you little about what your projectile will do during its flight. You might consider another flag 10’ from your muzzle. The close flag will help you a LOT more.
