Official 2024 FT season getting going !!! SVFTC Memorial Match 4-28-24

I hope this notification finds everyone in good health and well being ....
This month we will have our 1st official match and it will be our JIM CYRAN memorial event. A full lunch and goodies will be provided to all registered shooters this day. Morning Munchies & Lunch post match.
We did get rained out in march, so this match & activities just got bumped to this months event.

It has been brought to my attention that some are requesting a Buy / Sell swap meet to happen as well .... So being some have already exchanged E-mails to all the members on this subject, LETS HAVE A LOW KEY SWAP MEET if anyone chooses to participate bring some gear to sell & some money in your pocket so you can buy as well.
* We could as a club function have the 2nd match of each season be an Annual Club Swap Meet ? We can have this conversation in the future is wishing for it to be an annual event.

So WE ARE ON !!!! Sunday April 28th Sacramento Shooting Center Range #9
* Set up starts @ 7:30 .... Practice @ 8:00 and Match starting by @ 9:30

Made a trip out to the range weds, Made sure all the targets were ready, lubed and adjusted. Paper practice targets got NEW cardboard backers, Fresh target paper. Supply boxes restocked etc .... WE ARE READY !!!

I always giggle when I see the years’ season kickoff announcements are made. It's always at the time we are wrapping up our season. Kinda like being down unda where the seasons are backwards, but still here in this part. LOL.
