N/A Off the Shelf?

I guess for sure. You proved that. Seems the .25 was a good choice. Never owned a RW but I read and watch a lot. Daystates tune seems more suited to 25. The hp 22 settings seem really funky for pellets. I guess things can fall into place with a ots gun

Winning a barrel lottery, uhm... and still polish out the loose and tight spots, re-crown, index tune... and still the pellets consistency can flush all down in the pipe.
I have done many magic and woodoo's with my .22 and .25 liners, and got to a point maybe I shall let myself bankrupt investing into my own specs pellet swagging dies.
Me personally I don't believe anybody can compete serious levels with off the shelf tools.
I've been up and down on that ladder almost two decades competing in archery FITA and Field. I have seen natural talents raising here and there but for short only, but the equipment decides on a long run.

When competition gets to stratospheric levels, sure, shooters tweak their guns to get the best from them. It could be a minor change in velocity, adding vibration dampeners, stiffened chassis, sorted ammo, and a host of other things, some of which are psychosomatic. I've seen way too many shooters spend big bucks on high end guns that can't score any better than what they did with the old ones. I used to shoot bullseye pistol, and one of my friends was a national champion and we all tried to be like him. He used an Army supplied pistol which was a top of the line gun. Someone gave him a ration of poop about it, so he took the guy's cheap Ruger and still shot at his same level. I've shot in FT and BR matches where the bottom shooter was using a Thomas. Skill is still the most important factor.

I think a stock off the shelf gun can win or will be in the top 5 in any of the 3-4 major competitions this year, of course you will have to feed it pellets the barrel likes and tune it accordingly
. I mean the conditions at the time of day on your relay or table placement will play a huge factor in your standings!.
Pellets, conditions, consistency is such a crucial factor in winning, but I truly feel a stock factory “well” tuned rifle is capable of winning! You better have some hours behind that gun if you’re serious

We’re about to see. RMAC starts tomorrow. EBR is in October. IMHO those are the only two “majors”. There are “minors” such as PAC and Oregon, but neither draw the equivalent level of competition as the “majors”.
