the bolt has been acting a little stiff & I noticed when I was shooting my first few shots it sounded week then as I went to refill the magazine there was something in the magazine, it was an O Ring .So how does it go back and where exactly did it come from??

It's the Oring from the breech. I did the same thing it happens when you fire the gun with the bolt partially to fully open. I used a wooden dowel, ran it thru the barrel with the bolt open. I placed the O ring over the dowel and slid it backinto the breech There is a groove to accept the O ring. Mine was a .25 and O ring 1/4" ID x 3/8" OD

I'v blown my breach o ring out too, I would have never known but it hit me in the foot. I got it back in with some small screw drivers or picks any thing to push it back in place.

My .25 marauder has same issue but was fixed easily with a small screwdriver n done. Just the 25s have this problem because the hole is bigger. 
"Crosman thoughtfulness" I dont know maybe little glue on it lol
