Tuning O-Ring Size -> RAW HM1000x - Bottom Blanking Plug

Hey Guys,

Does any know the size of the O-Ring on the Bottom Blanking Plug for the RAW HM1000x?

Secondly, where can they be purchased?

I purchased a bottom blanking plug from RAW and it didn't come with an O-Ring...

It looks like it's supposed to come with it based on photo.

Have you contacted them? THEY OWE YOU ONE.

You can try your local industrial hydro-air shop to match a BETTER than ACE Hardware O-Ring if you want to pay more out of pocket expense that should have been included in the first place.

I've had problems with RAW lately getting parts.

I will follow-up with them as the bottom blanking plug / quick fill shuttle valve were delivered w/o o-rings. Both parts are pictured on their website showing them; there's no mention of the o-ring being excluded?
