NSA Newest Slug Launch | 26.8 Grain | 25 Caliber

This slug is similar to the 29 grain but 26.8 grain with the same dish base and deep hollow point. The length is .290 and for guns that like this slug should prove well for stock or lower powered guns and maybe even springers which a lot of people have asked us about. 

325 slugs per box

.249 diameter, it is really around .2495 but when I add that extra digit some people get confused so I just call it .249 so you know it is slightly smaller than .250.

If I can get these to shoot accurate at 1100 fps they would be pretty flat out to 70 yards, just ordered some!

I was out this weekend with the Crown Shooting the 29 and 36.2 at 145 yards at a 1 liter soda bottle. BOTH sot lights out! Those 36.2's hit so hard after a dozen hits it just went into pieces! Freaking AWESOME. Well done Nick!!!

Why are they so much cheaper than .22 cal slugs that are $14.99 for 100? Are all of his slugs going to be coming down in price?

The 22 are currently higher because they are made on a different machine. That is going to change soon. We are testing the new 22 design on the high speed machine and the results so far are very good. We do a lot of testing before release so it takes a while. We make small tweaks to get them to work in as many guns as possible.

We have a nice new line up coming is 22 cal and will be priced like the 25 cal are. So around 27 grain you will get 325 slugs per box. At 20 grain range you will get 400 slugs. All the slugs are the same price per box but we adjust the quantity per box, makes it easy.

If these testers would hurry the heck up I would put these on the press and get them into production.

All kidding aside it's great to see some.25 ammo being developed. I was shooting @ 290 last week with the 36.2. My Athlon ran out of turret had to use 6 hold over. Once a figured that out I would estimate 14" or so group. It was on water which really helps.
