Umarex Notos muzzle brake replacement?

The Notos comes with a moderator, not a muzzle brake. The moderator is permanently affixed with snap rings with are molded inside of the moderator. In order to remove the stock moderator, you will need to carefully cut it off with a hacksaw. Careful not to hack into the barrel though!

There are some aftermarket moderators which will slip over the OEM moderator. This will likely be your easiest and least expensive option.

Google Search - Notos Slip on Moderator

Good luck!

Someone had trouble with pellets clipping the end plug and baffles, too, (what I'm told) and they cut off the end plug and made baffles and end plug from PVC plumbing plugs. Supposedly even quieter, but I'm not keen with the look of it.
Haven't shot it yet as I have barrel O rings coming. they were gouged pretty good.
(I had assumed/trusted everything was okay). Lesson Learned

Word of advice, DON'T let that person do any brain surgery on you! :ROFLMAO: 🤪

Worked on it tonite. All better. sawed off the plumbing endcap, removed the second one loose down inside.
I had the baffle set for a Crosman Trail kicking around, and cut it down, wrapped it and made it fit.
There are now 5 baffles in it. this was it....https://www.pyramydair.com/product/crosman-np214-001-trail-baffle?a=7784

Still waiting for barrel Orings to try it out.
