Notos charging question

So I have an compressor that's made for filling pcp guns. I hook it up and let it run. The pressure never changes and I can feel air coming out of the barrel. What am I doing wrong?

Ok I did need to cock it, I thought I did. I also didn't have the bleed valve closed on the compressor. Thx guys.

Mine did the same thing, I forgot to cock it, Twice.....
