Nothing but Starlings

Using my FX Dreamline Lite Bottle version in .177 to take some starlings at one of the permissions I have. Put together this montage to show some of the things that tend to happen after you shoot them. Shooting JSB 8.4's at 750 fps and a PARD NV008 nite site to capture the video. Enjoy....

For me a good day of pesting is 100+. How many can you get in a single evening? Nice shooting and video.

I am usually at the farm for 2 hours. I have 4 magazines which gives my 108 shots. I reload once for 216 shots. Usually get 200 + birds each time unless the shooter is not doing his job....

I went on my first night time barn hunt back in February and it was a blast. We easily shot over 1000, maybe 2000 in a week between several of us. I took 600 shots myself in two trips.

Yes, it can be quite exciting to say the least. I make sure that I limit how many shots I take each night and don't come around again for at least a week or more. I want to make sure I can go back for years if possible.
