Not happy with my latest pellet shipment. Issue has been resolved!

Issue has been resolved, see my last post on page 2.

So this is what showed up on my doorstep on Thursday the 4th. Didn't have a good feeling when I picked it up off the ground because all the weight was concentrated at the very bottom of the box. Opened it up and really got irritated!

Where are the nifty foam sleeves that they usually use to keep my pellets safe from damage? They are all junk, all of them are beat to death. $81 worth of pellets. Immediately called and waited out the eternal hold to get thrown into voice mail so I left all my info, order number, name, phone number, complaint. While I was on hold I also sent an Email to the order department with all the pertinent information and attached these photos and more. Within 1 minute I got an auto-generated Email saying that my request was received and they would get on it ASAP. Well all of that was over 48 hours ago and I haven't heard squat. I'm not happy.

I would be upset also. The pellets in those tins are not good for much now. I very slightly dented a tin and after sorting them out found that the "useable" pellets were still rough looking compared to a pristine tin.

Hope the seller / shipper gets you taken care of quickly. And please tell us who that is. You said shipped out of Ohio - I figure I know who but don't want to lay blame on a non guilty party.

Wow man. I would super pissed at that. I hope they do what's right and either refund your money or make it right. That's massively egregious. 2 years ago I ordered 4 tins of h&n sniper magnums in 22 from the A and didn't have any issues. They were packed snug as a bug in a rug.

Those H&N Snipers are far less prone to damage as they appear to be made of a harder than normal lead alloy IMHO. Yo!

Bet the $10 comment gave that one away. Yo!

I had $150 of .177 pellets purchased for competition arrive like that 2 weeks ago. 1 tin was missing out the hole they beat through the box. Totally useless except for chrony strings. They wanted me to file a claim with the shipper. It was not the shipper's fault the pellets were thrown in a big box without proper padding.

Last time I ordered my 177 competition pellets from them they (AGD) packed them well, but I got 9 tins of one lot # and 3 tins of another lot #. When I called to inquire if this was normal I got the 5 minute dissertation on how busy they are and how many orders they ship every day etc., etc., etc. I decided then that I would order all of my 'important' pellets from Trenier in the future because they have no trouble at all spending an extra 90 seconds checking lot numbers to keep their customers happy. I thought our friends in Utah that ship from Ohio would at least be able to ship my 'not so important' pellets without completely destroying them. I guess not. Shame on me for giving them another chance.

They have no choice but to make it right, I paid with PayPal goods and services. I received defective goods.

If you bought it from pyramidair send them a text to the customer servie text line. They respond faster than way. They will make it right. I've had similar issues 4 tins messed up but took pictures and sent it to them. They replaced the tins to make it right. I've had nothing but good results with pyramidair. Only issue is the wait times to get the package.
