They got it right! I created a thread about a previous order in which I received pellets in an oversized box that was not packaged tightly enough. As a result, I had a couple tins get dented and one came open in transit. I communicated the issue to the owners along with photos. I believe I corresponded with Mr. John French who was very professional and receptive. He apologized, but more important he made sure that the company didn’t have a reoccurring issue with the customer.
