This weekend I tried the Norma FT 9 grain pellets in my HW98. The rifle was factory new and I hadn''t cleaned the barrel. At 25 yards they printed a 5 shot group into .37". In my 97 tuned to 11 ft lbs they also shoot well. The Normas appear to be a quality pellet.

I have a couple of tins. They seem to be well made without a bunch of bent skirts or anything. I have not measured or weighed to see what the consistency is like . I tried them in a couple of guns without much success so far unfortunately.

Thier pb rounds are made by RWS. I wonder if the pellets are as well.

I bought several sizes in 177 and 22. They are every bit as accurate as JSB in the similar size but it seems the bc isn't as good so they drop more and blow in the wind more. I've weighed and size measured a good sample of several models and they seem to be more consistent than the JSB equivalent. They have shot well in everything I've tested in so far, as well.

If you can buy them economically, they are a GREAT value for shorter ranges.

AoA. Has them on sale like about $8 a tin. Then i guess that buy some get one free?

I used the .177 domed and did well enugh for me when i use to get them local for 8-9$
