Yeah I work in salem drive 58 miles each way to work mon-fri.local work is almost $8 a hour less than what I make in city..I have almost 2 acres out in country with creek and elk and deer around the house and salmon,trout,steelhead when they are running in the creek

I grew up in Salem, left there to go to school in St.Louis and have been in the Bay Area since 1997. Used to love going out to Lincoln City and Newport for the ice cold beaches (Mo's chowder made it worthwhile).
