Can the non-shooting hand be touching the gun in USARB 25 meter heavy and light rifle (fka HV, LV) competitions? I was watching PA benchrest videos and some competitors have the non-shooting hand on top of the butt or on the scope or grasping the forearm during their shots. Is this permitted in all BR formats, or just some? Maybe only in some formats where there is no weight restriction on the gun and its accessories?
! As far as I am aware there is no rules about it? unless it’s a specific rule to a specific competition?
