Tried out some non Lead Pellets. They shot well at 25 yards. All 5 shot groups. First group 3/4 inch c to c. Next two under a dime. I am pleased with theses pellets in this rifle!

Very nice shooting, i shoot non lead pellets almost exclusively in my springers and they always grouped very well. My Hw50S and Hw77 (both 22cal) are extremely accurate with them and I might add are more accurate then any lead pellet I have used.

Looks good... Id try them pba stuff but my walmarts dont sell any. If more economical the same count tin as lead and that result of yours why not?

Great rifle. The dangers of lead are greatly over exaggerated. I'd only use lead free if I had no other choice. Lead pellets have greater sectional density and hence ballistic coefficient so I prefer to use them whenever possible. Not to mention they're a third the price. Better performance and much cheaper appeals to me. If you are relegated to lead free because of local law I apologize and you have my condolences.
