Noman ll problem on air coming out have replaced all check valves main one on the top head spring broke replace it still no air. Called Pyramyd Air and Air Venturi, 2 weeks ago no return call

Call Pyramyd Air back and keep calling until you talk to someone. I would suggest asking for Stacy, she is very knowledgeable and usually gets problems solved!

Sorry to hear, a new purchase? Have you done a spray bottle test to find where air is escaping? Last two times my Yong Heng stopped building full pressure was female foster fitting "O" ring failure, a few sprays of soapy water quickly located. Best of Luck, WM

Biohazardman, one of our most knowledgeable Yong Heng experts, stated a year to a year and a half is all that can be realistically expected from any water-less/oil-less high-pressure air compressor. I'm not familiar with Noman II, but if it's a high-speed fan only cooled compressor be prepared that a rebuild might be in order. I wish you only the best of luck, WM

You could try to pressure up with one of these test plugs installed. If it won't build pressure and no leaks can be found, might just be too worn. WM
