Nomad II and Air Venturi Warranty.... Positive Resolution

I had a motherboard/display failure with my Nomad II compressor while still covered by the one year warranty. I called the warranty claim number in the owners manual many times and left messages with each call. After never receiving a reply, I ordered a replacement motherboard from Pyramid Air. A few days later Stacey H. from Air Venturi called me and explained the long delay. I was told she would get me a refund for the total amount for the motherboard. 

I can say Stacey H. handled the matter in a professional, no BS way. I would do business with Air Venturi in the future knowing the company is doing everything possible to handle customer problems. Yes, it took longer than expected to have my claim handled, but with current conditions, I found by being patient and considerate the warranty claim was resolved to my satisfaction.
