So my nomad died the other day after 25 hours of use 2.5 years old. I was filling my new gun when it stopped at 200 bar and had a H2 code. I called AV the next day and the service rep said it was the board and a easy way to check is to run it of the car and if it runs off of the car it’s the board. Well I tried and I get a H1 code and beeps. I don’t feel it’s the board, I tore it open replace all check valves in the right order replaced to orings on the large piston cleaned and lubed all I also blew thru all orifices and pipes and there is no blockage. When I fire it back up the only way it will run is with the bleed screw closed and the moisture bleed screw on the bottom wide open then I slowly close the moisture bleed screw it builds pressure I have to do this slowly now when I fully close that bleed screw it shuts down and h2 comes on and beeps also the amps rise to 27.4 they have never been that high I did amp check the motor and it’s only like 2 or 3 amps.
