Nomad 2 question (repair)

So my nomad died the other day after 25 hours of use 2.5 years old. I was filling my new gun when it stopped at 200 bar and had a H2 code. I called AV the next day and the service rep said it was the board and a easy way to check is to run it of the car and if it runs off of the car it’s the board. Well I tried and I get a H1 code and beeps. I don’t feel it’s the board, I tore it open replace all check valves in the right order replaced to orings on the large piston cleaned and lubed all I also blew thru all orifices and pipes and there is no blockage. When I fire it back up the only way it will run is with the bleed screw closed and the moisture bleed screw on the bottom wide open then I slowly close the moisture bleed screw it builds pressure I have to do this slowly now when I fully close that bleed screw it shuts down and h2 comes on and beeps also the amps rise to 27.4 they have never been that high I did amp check the motor and it’s only like 2 or 3 amps.
Does any one have any ideas?

Since fiddling with the nomad and doing my research this compressor is a tuxing txet 061. It has been re branded many times since and cheaper since when I bought the nomad 2( makes me sick) like a lot cheaper. Any ways it’s not that complicated or hard to work on other than the cylinder head. When I first fire up the compressor it shuts off after like 3-5 seconds under H2 code I have re cleaned and cleaned everything replaced seals that were orings and not the cardboard type ones. Replaced new check valves re lubed everything no leaks and still a shutdown after 3-5 seconds with the amps going to 27.5 or a little higher than the H2 code and it dies but my amp meter on motor is a little above 2 amps. So I fired her up again and started playing pinball machine with the oil fill hole rapidly taping the hole to keep the amps down or it would shut down plugging the hole for a few seconds brings amps down and letting the air get sucked in causes amps to go high, so I ordered a new cylinder head kit from Amazon and see where it goes I might have to order a new board hence the air Venturi rep but we will see I love this compressor. I will try to make her live!!!!
