Wondering if anyone can give me some insight on the Nomad 2 compressor , having an issue where it’s not building enough pressure to fill any of my guns , no leaks that I can detect , maybe a bad seal ?

First off, check your bleed off screw. They can build up a tiny amount of grit that prevents a good seal. Clean it off and try again.

If you are unable to find a leak at fault the water-less, oil-less disposable compressors are only made to last about 20 hours. So, if you are near or at the end of life for the unit it will need to be replaced. At the very least it will need a complete rebuild rebuild including the piston o-rings and any gaskets involved. The glorified electric hand pump compressors do a bit better but still need their piston o-rings replaced fairly often.

Have the same problem.. no leaks.. just dont build pressure past 40 bar.. you can swich it off and leave it for hours.. still the 40 bar remain.. So as far as I can tell no leaks..

If the output does'nt leak then it must be the input!
So a faulty HP valve and/or a valve between LP and HP pistons.
Eiter way the leak must be backwards into the previous system(s).
