NOE Bullet Molds, Al's Retiring

Accurate Molds does larger caliber pellet style, but you'll need to source the pins. Catalog starts @ .27 cal so anything smaller you probably have to call or email to see if they can make it.
MP molds make .22 and .25 slug type projectiles. Not sure what they offer in .30 though.

A sadly thing is that with the years NOE offered the wider selection of small bore .172 and .224 molds with him gone, there is almost non aviable anywhere anymore.. for small bore swaying will be a way better option from now on .. at least .257 , 308 n up they are plenty of molds aviable at arcenal and Accurate Molds.

I was thinking the same thing. with the price of pellets anymore especially bigger sizes I can’t believe there are none anywhere and one person ruled the market. 25 a tin got me wanting to make my own to get more enjiyment out of this rifle.

It could be the time now for corbin to make pellet dies, for those that shoot pellets ,i never got to buy pellet molds because casting the skirt is so delicate it takes a lot of experience to get it right, in order to have a good flying pellet.. bullet n slugs are more forgiving .. only my 22 mutant shoot pellets everything else is slugs or cast bullets.

I’ll give it a little longer to find a mold before I switch to slugs. I’ve always preferred pellets for birds and squirrels in the woods vs slugs. Not to mention something about shooting small metal targets at 150yd+ with pellets that is pretty rewarding.

At this point my problem with switching over to swaging is the cost of the lead wire. I have a buttload of ingots on hand. I wonder if there is a good mold to pour individual lead "blanks" for swaging? Could they be consistent enough by weight?

There are a couple companies that make swaging slug blank molds. I’ve read good things on them. im In the same boat I’ve gotten a few hundred pounds of cleaned lead I’ve made cannon ball sinkers out of that I will never use. Im close to making a bunch of box targets with hanging targets to use as bullet traps. should be able to stack them up good for storage and quick set ups vs trying to drive target stands in summer missouri clay that’s as hard as concrete

I know press slug makes one and so does another company. if you look up. Pellet mold you will find them towards the top of the list. They call them pellet molds but they are just slug blanks

A link to their molds, I have bought their pre cast slugs in .22, and the .357 pellets, they do shoot well.

Thanks yea I seen that. I shot them a message yesterday to see if they could do a multicavity mold, but haven’t hears back. id hate to do the single but with all the searching I’ve done I’ve come to the conclusion there isn’t any multicavity molds anywhere.
