No Pigeons In Sight Today but...

I was talking to the farmer today and pointed out a groundhog across the road. He said go get him and I said I can't go on someone else's property. He said that's my property so off I went. I tried one shot from 62 yards away with some cross wind and thought I might have connected but later saw him out of his den. Went back out and set up from 30 yards away and waited him out. Got him with the next shot but my video camera battery was going dead so just got some brief video. Forgot my phone too so no stills. Bill

Yeah Bob my introduction to the two farms I got permission was to shoot pigeons. When I said I shoot groundhogs too they both were very happy for that. This new area I moved too is so much easier to get initial permission to pest particularly with air rifles. Hoping this will be a great season of pesting. Bill
