Air Venturi No leaks...but no pressure?

Gentlemen;
So I recently replaced the orings on the gauges...no big deal. And then the weirdest issue I've ever had. Filling from my compressor, I simply cannot get any pressure to build in the tube (Avenger Bullpup).
Checked the gauges for leaks-none.
Checked the barrel for leaks from the valve-none.
Cocked to take any pressure from the valve-no issues.
Checked the foster fittings-no issues.
Used the compressor on two other guns-no compressor issues either.
Not a single hiss from anywhere, even got soapy water all over the Avenger.

I'm stumped...

My avenge x bullpup bottle was fine, holding air and I decided to buy a power plenum, put on the plenum and when filling from a bottle, got to 150 bar and from there no air holding, initially thought it was the plenum. Removed the plenum. And still had same issue...

Eventually found that the orings had hardened and I think with the gassing degassing everything broke....

Spent the weekend replacing orings.... eventually replaced 16 across the gun to get it to retain air with my new power plenum installed...

I would fill and leave overnight to get an empty gun in the morning... after stripping and rebuilding a few times eventually have a working gun.

As mentioned some orings, were square and hard, actually broke when I tried to remove....

I experienced something similar with my Avenge-X not long ago. The gun would not hold air and I could not find any leaks. Will if it isn't holding air it is difficult to find leaks. What I found during the initial tear down was hardened O-rings. Yep, the factory O-rings had hardened enough to hold a squared shape and break into pieces while being extracted. There were even some of the O-rings that seemed frozed in their grooves. No wonder it could not hold air.

Pyramid Air should have an O-ring kit available but those O-rings will be the same as factory. My suggestion is you look at Captain O-ring for a set: https://www.captainoring.com/store/c86/AirVenturi. If you can find a good schematic, putting together a full set of good quality O-rings is what I do for each of my PCPs. Good luck to ya.

Ouch. If only it was an oring or two, I could understand it. But no leaks anywhere from what I can tell.
There will be expressions of horror, but I have only managed to find a couple of very tiny leaks buy removing the stock and barrel, then completely immersing the gun to reveal tiny bubbles, periodically leaking. It's not rocket surgery to flush the water when done.
